3.5" BIC Thunder Exhaust
Well finally after months of R&D and testing the 3.5" BIC Thunder cat back exhaust system is now available. This is the perfect exhaust for those of you who are running 400 hp or more, or where 3" just isn't good enough. The exhaust note is a deep rumble, and sounds very nice on a 1jzgte or 7mgte, it is not a "quiet" exhaust by any means, but I offer an optinal resonator to tone down the volume a bit.
The exhaust is made from 3.5" diameter aluminized mild steel, with a ultra high temp coating to prevent corrosion. Its is a bolt on cat back utilizing 3.5" inlet/outlet Magnaflow stainless steel round canister muffler with a 4" polished tip. The muffler sits on a slight angle similar to the HKS High power, or Blitz N1 for the JDM look. It utilizes the factory exhaust hangers for stock like fitment. The exhaust has a 3" flange to mate up to your existing testpipe or cat, which flares out to 3.5" to make it a bolt on unit. I can also leave off the flange which will make it full 3.5" and will need to be custom adapted to your current downpipe/ cat/ testpipe. The optional secondary resonator is $80.

NEW!! 1JZ 3" downpipe
BIC performance is now offering a bolt on 3" downpipe for the 1JZGTE. If you feel your 1JZ running out of steam in the top end this will help make more power, and allow you to run more boost. This downpipe will bolt directly to the stock "Y" pipe and to your existing cat or testpipe. The downpipe is made from aluminized mild steel and coated with a high temp paint for corrosion resistance. Included are new upper Y pipe and lower cat metal gaskets.

'86-'89 1JZ/2JZ swap motor mount brackets
These custom made engine brackets allow you to drop in a 1JZGTE or 2JZGTE into your 1986-1989 MKIII Supra, without having to swap the front crossmember. The brackets are CNC Laser cut from 3/16 steel plate and double welded, and built to withstand any amount of horsepower you can throw at them. They allow use of your original crossmember and uses the square style motor mounts from your 7m engine. These will not work if your car has the round style 89+ motormounts.

'89-'92 1JZ/2JZ swap motor mount brackets
Now availalable is custom heavy duty engine brackets for the 89+ mk3's Supras, which will allow you to bolt in a 1JZGTE or 2JZGTE rear sump engine into your mk3 Supra. As the oem engine brackets are getting harder to find, BIC is now offering OEM replica JZA70 brackets for 89 and newer mk3's with the ROUND style motor mounts. Using the exact dimensions of the stock brackets, and made from laser cut 3/16" steel plates, the results are a heavy duty, perfectly fitting brackets that will take any amount of HP you can throw at them.

1986.5-1988 Supra Polyurethane motor mounts.
Months of R&D and testing has brought another one of a kind BIC Performance part available for the mk3 Supra.
These are semi solid Polyurethane motor mounts for 86.5- 88 Supras with an interlocking design to prevent separation. They are bolt on replacements for the square type motor mounts with no modifications needed. I have had the prototypes on my personal Supra for a few months now and they work great! The engine barely moves at all. If you have high HP goals or keep breaking the stock mounts these are for you. There is more NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) over the stock motor mounts, but much less than full solid mounts, which we also carry. These will work on 7M and 1JZ / 2JZ swap cars with the square type mounts. Included in each set is a pair of poly mounts with the BIC adapters and all hardware needed to bolt them on. New OEM mounts retail for $80+ each, get stronger lighter poly mounts for less. They will take any amount of HP you can throw at them.
1JZ Note: The passenger side motor mount may need to be modified to work with some single turbo manifolds, as the wastegate may interfere.

Engine Torque Damper for 1986.5-1988 Supras
This is a bolt-on replacement engine torque damper with poly bushings, with no modifications needed to install. It replaces the stock torque damper "shock" found in on 87-89 turbo Supras. After 15+ years, the stock damper wears out or leak and offers very little or no dampening to engine movement. The BIC torque struts prevent excess engine movement and will help the engine mounts last longer by absorbing the twist of the engine under hard acceleration and shifting. These reduce engine movement by over 50%, which helps put the power to the ground and is also beneficial if running a large turbo that may come into contact of the strut tower or a/c lines.
The '86.5-'88 replacement versions are available now, and the 89+ versions will require mounting brackets, which are currently being designed, and should be available soon. 1jz versions are also in the works and should be available this spring / summer.

NEW!! '89-'92 Engine Torque Damper
These dampers limit engine movement and torquing and help keep the fragile 89+ round style motor mounts from tearing without the extra vibration of solid or poly motor mounts. The kit includes, the custom length damper with polyurethane bushings, custom upper and lower brackets, and mounting hardware. This is a bolt-on unit, with no modifications needed. The damper is a different length than the 86-89 TQ damper so they are not interchangeable due to the custom brackets included. You may have to run a tap in the lower bolt holes in the subframe mount as there can be a lot of under coating and crud in the threads.

HD Adjustable Swaybar endlinks, 86.5-92 Supras
These end links use high strength rod ends, assembled with grade 8 cad-plated hardware. They are bolt on and adjustable up to 3/4" shorter and 1" longer over stock. The adjustability is necessary when using on an aftermarket sway bar, such as on the rear bar of the Suspension Technics swaybar kit. When using the "stiff" hole on the bar the stock end link too short and it pulls the ends of the bar down which puts the link at a sharp angle. The sharp angle leads to binding and possible breakage of the lower mounting tab. (those of you with aftermarket sway bars know this already).
We have also developed a weld on reinforcing tab for the rear lower link mount. As stated above, the stock rear lower link mount is prone to breakage when aftermarket sway bars are used. These reinforcements just need about 5 minutes of welding per side to attach. We will include them for only $25 when ordered with a rear end link set. The tab can be seen in the picture of the rear endlink below. It fits on the outside of the factory link mount.

3" SP61GT specific Downpipe with divorced wastegate
This full 3" downpipe is specially designed to work with the quick spooling SP61GT, Turbonetics-style bolt-on turbo for the MKIII Supra. The flange and divivder plate are hand fitted to fit the SP turbo housing with the tightest tolerences. The wastegate dump tube is a larger 1¾" diameter to match the high flow turbo.

3" Downpipe with Divorced
Wastegate (DDP)
This specially designed full 3" downpipe utilizes a seperate pipe for the
wastegate exhaust that vents to the atmosphere, making for less turbulence
and higher flow for more power gains. Dyno results have shown gains of 29 whp over a standard 3 inch downpipe setup. Warning: Running the wastegate straight to the atmosphere makes your car LOUD at full boost.
As with all my downpipes, this eliminates the stock heavy restrictive turbo elbow. It has 3/8" thick flanges and bolts to the CT26 turbo and up to the stock or replacement main cat. This
downpipe will increase throttle response and the turbo will spool much
